Located just two miles from Main street in New London and Colby Sawyer College, King Hill Inn is in the center of the Lake Sunapee Lakes region while just minutes from Proctor Academy. Newly renovated, the Inn takes great pride in its open, clean contemporary design, while maintaining the ambiance and integrity of a historic property (1834). Situated on four acres of farmland, the grounds include a screened porch, brick patios, pond, rock walls, apple trees, berry bushes and bountiful flower gardens. The Inns highly acclaimed King Hill Kitchen prepares breakfast daily for Inn guests.
The Inn offers five guest rooms as well as common areas for the guest’s enjoyment. The Inn is also offered as a total buyout for those interested in having an exclusive family reunion or event within an intimate setting. In 2023 KHI was elected as one of three finalists for Innkeeper of the Year in New Hampshire. Culinary options are available as desired.
